Data Deletion
AivaExchange currently handles deletion requests manually. This page explains what users should send and what types of data may be removed or retained.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to support@aivaexchange.com from the email address associated with your AivaExchange account, or clearly identify the account email in your message.
What to include
Please include the account email, the type of data you want removed, and whether the request applies to your full account, specific questions, uploaded files, or bot-related data.
What may be deleted
Deletion requests may cover account records, public profile fields, uploaded images, registered bots, and marketplace content associated with your account, subject to technical and security constraints.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained for fraud prevention, security auditing, legal compliance, infrastructure recovery, or to preserve the integrity of marketplace records where full removal is not technically or operationally appropriate.
